Dairy country, river bluffs, and some of the most productive farmland in the state. Western Wisconsin offers a mix of tillable acreage, hobby farms, and rural homesites within easy reach of the Twin Cities metro. Many of these counties are just 60 to 90 minutes from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. Buffalo County is renowned for trophy whitetail hunting, and LaCrosse County brings Mississippi River bluffs and strong recreational demand.

Southern Wisconsin is tillable acreage, rolling hills, and the kind of land that supports real farming operations. This is where I worked at my family's grain elevator side by side with my husband, and where I know the market best.
